This Clarification Text is related to the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through closed-circuit recording systems used in the General Directorate of Ansan Metal ve Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”) and its locations in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”). It has been written for the purpose of enlightening the data owners.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data collected are, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, to ensure the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the persons who have a business relationship with the Company and to ensure the security of the Company’s locations. is processed.

2. Parties and Purpose of Transfer of Personal Data

The personal data collected are, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to ensure the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the persons who have a business relationship with the Company and to ensure the security of the Company’s locations. Legally authorized institutions and organizations can be shared upon request.

Personal data is collected through closed circuit camera systems located at locations. Personal data collected for the above-mentioned legal reasons can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.

4. Rights of Data Owners and Use of These Rights

Data owners pursuant to Article 11 of the Law,

  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
  • If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

The said rights will be evaluated and finalized within 30 (thirty) days if they are communicated by the personal data owners through the methods specified in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy at www.ansan.com.tr.

As ANSAN METAL VE PLASTİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Company”), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of personal data of our employees, customers, business partners and all other real persons with whom we have business relations. Your collected personal data is the personal data specified in the KVKK for the purposes of fulfillment of our contractual obligations, continuation of company activities, organization of work, fulfillment of employer responsibilities, ensuring occupational safety, management, supervision and performance of work, ensuring our responsibilities in relation to public institutions and organizations, safety of employees. will be processed within the terms and purposes of processing.

4. Rights of Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the KVK Law

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company in writing, our Company will finalize it within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, within the periods specified in the Law, after verifying your identity, depending on the nature of the request.

ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY

  • It complies with the anti-bribery and anti-corruption legal regulations in force against bribery and corruption during the realization of all the works undertaken within the scope of its activity.
  • He never compromises on his business ethics in all his actions, down to the smallest, most strategic and important step.
  • While continuing its activities, it gives priority and importance to the laws and acts in accordance with the relevant laws in all its works.
  • It does not give or offer any gift or reward in a way that casts doubt on its impartiality, or stays away from matters that will provide it with an advantage or benefit in order to continue its activities.
  • In the event that a bribe is accepted, offered, instigated or promised, it immediately cuts off its relations with the personnel involved in the relevant situation.
  • It protects all data collected with great care and meticulousness in order to prevent the loss of data containing customer information or the transmission of it to 2nd or 3rd parties as a result of carelessness.

Employees can follow different ways in order to report any behavior listed above and similar.

  • Wish-Complaint Boxes in various parts of the company are one of these methods. These boxes are opened weekly by the Human Resources Manager and the complaints are kept completely confidential and the investigation process is initiated.
  • The person who will make a complaint can also reach the management through worker representatives or unit supervisors, depending on the situation.
  • The employee who makes a complaint will not be subjected to any sanctions or mobbing by the employer following the notification.
    Our company also implements an “Open Door” policy for all our personnel.

Disciplinary Actions

  • Persons who do not comply with the policy are subject to one or more of the following penalties, depending on the situation;
  • The person held responsible for harassment and ill-treatment is first given verbal warning and appropriate training in order to correct this bad behavior.
  • When necessary, the person is given a warning and his defense is taken. In case of repetition of the behavior, the employment contract can be terminated.
  • If required by law, the person held responsible for harassment is reported to the legal authorities.
  • The employer is subject to Article 25/II of the Labor Law No. 4857. may exercise its right of immediate termination within the relevant period.

1.DATA PRIVACY COMMITMENT

ANSAN METAL VE PLASTİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the ‘Company’) undertakes to act in accordance with this Policy and the procedures to be applied in accordance with the Policy in terms of the Personal Data it contains.

2.PURPOSE OF THE POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to determine the principles regarding the methods and processes for the protection of personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (‘KVKK’) No. 6698 regarding Company activities.

3. SCOPE OF THE POLICY

The main field of activity of the company is the production and sale of plastic and metal bath products. This Policy covers all activities regarding Personal Data, in which the Company carries out all kinds of processing activities for the continuation of its activities, and is applied to such activities.

This Policy may be changed from time to time, if required by the KVK Regulations or when the Company’s Data Controller Representative or management deems it necessary, provided that legal obligations are observed.

4. DEFINITIONS

The definitions in this Policy have the following meanings;

“Explicit Consent” means the consent of the Personal Data Owners of their free will, based on being informed about the processing of their data and without any conditions.

Anonymization” means making Personal Data incapable of being associated with an identified or identifiable natural person in any way, even if it is matched with other data.

“Anonymized Data” means data that cannot be associated with a natural person in any way.

“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

“Personal Data Processing” – Obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available the Personal Data by fully or partially automatic or non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system refers to all kinds of operations performed on data, such as classification or prevention of use.

“Board” means the Personal Data Protection Board.

“Institution” means the Personal Data Protection Authority.

“KVKK” means the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

“KVK Regulations/Provisions” The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation on the protection of Personal Data, binding decisions, policy decisions, provisions, instructions and applicable international agreements on data protection given by regulatory and supervisory authorities, courts and other official authorities.
